Dark Logger Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dark Logger mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Use of the Services

Dark Logger is a tool for personal health tracking. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups of your data.
We may update or modify the app at any time to improve performance or compliance.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Not a Medical Service

Dark Logger is a data logging tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Data Credits

Dark Logger uses high‑quality data to help you identify environmental triggers.

Weather Data: Weather data is provided by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (Met.no). Usage is in accordance with their Terms of Service.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing and refund requests must be handled through the respective platform's support systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Dark Logger. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
